COMFY CRITTERS PET-SITTERS

Staff Biographies

Dione Boulton:  Owner

Dione began Comfy Critters Pet-Sitters in the Fall of 2006 after being told she needed to rest due to an illness.  Having retired from her Veterinarian Technician position, she wanted to continue to work with animals and to see the benefits of happy, well adjusted pets.  Her illness has been completely rectified and, as a result, Comfy Critters has grown steadily over the past year and half.  She is the Mom of Eighteen of her own pets.  Yes, eighteen.  Her dogs are Jack, Maggie, Samson, Buddy, Cricket, Zack, Precious, Reilly, MoMo, LuLu, Elle, Daisy, Pearl, Brutus, Sarah, Gus, Lumpy and Jewel. Naturally, when not working with other pets, Dione is with her husband John and their four-legged “kids”.  Dione is skilled in all levels of Vet. Technician Duties, Simplistic Training and Behaviorism.  She has a Bachelor Degree in Science, enjoys her boat and travels.  Dione will handle cases throughout Gwinnett County.

It is Dione’s, as well as the staff of Comfy Critters Pet-Sitters wish that all our customers enjoy meeting the new members of our family.  All our current clients will have the opportunity to meet these wonderful members of the team.  We consider ourselves a family and look forward to providing your families with quality pet care and customer service.  It is our goal to have happy, healthy, well-adjusted pets upon our clients’ return home.  You “the clients” are the best source of advertising. Thank you for entrusting our team with these very important members of your families.

Melissa Earnest:  Pet Sitter

Watch out Gwinnett!!!  Melissa is petite but powerful.  She has a heart of gold and can tame them all.  She is the newest member to the pet sitting field however, she is no novice.  She has a 110 lb. dog that she controls with ease.  Melissa received a crash course in Veterinarian Medicine when her, now large dog, was a pup.  Reilly was losing weight and crashing.  Melissa ran into Dione in a frantic state and asked what she could do.  Dione sent her to Beaver Crossing and Melissa’s training in pet care began.  Reilly had a rare immune disorder.  As a result, Melissa did Sub Cu injections, steroid injection and pilling for Reilly until Reilly began to flourish.  Today, Melissa is skilled and Reilly is large, healthy and happy. Melissa will be working with cats and all breeds in the Norcross, Peachtree Corners, and Duluth portions of Gwinnett County.

Priscilla Kluczykowski:  Pet Sitter

Dione has known Priscilla since she was 10 years old.  Priscilla is one of the most loving individuals when it comes to pets. You rarely see Priscilla without her beloved toy poodle Prince and her Shitzu, Flint.  These two dogs are catered to in every way including having their own dogstroller.  Prince is eighteen years old and diagnosed with diabetes.  As a result, Priscilla is skilled in insulin injections and nutrition.  She also has a very rare talent; the ability to pill a cat with ease.  A couple of her own cats are in need of Thyroid medication and she takes the lead each time with them.  She has a great deal of experience in positive reinforcement training.  In her past life, Priscilla was an Executive Assistant.  Lucky for Comfy Critters and the clients of Duluth, Peachtree Corners, and Norcross, Priscilla retired and joined the Animal Love Club at Comfy Critters.  She will be working with our feline friends and our little pups.

Jan Jennings:  Pet Sitter

Jan has an enormous amount of experience with our four-legged friends.  Although she does not have the title or certifications of a Vet. Tech, her experience warrants an honorary membership to the field.  At the present time, Jan is on the Board of Alcovy Pet Rescue.  Alcovy is an all breed rescue however, like Dione, Jan is a Pug Lover.  Jan’s “kids” include: Kermit (the one eyed wonder Pug), Elliot, Emmitt, Cricket, Kiki, Bogie (her slow Pug), Daisy (her Pugs) and then, Oliver, Rose and Angel (German Shepherds) and last but, surely not least, Grover.  After Jan had been a customer of Comfy Critters since the beginning, the call went out that Dione was looking for good people to join the team and Jan was first in line.  Jan’s kindness and love is unlimited towards our furry friends.  Jan is currently a Special Ed. Teacher for Gwinnett County and will begin her Masters Program next year.  Jan is skilled in pilling, subcu fluids, insulin inj., eye injuries and then some.  Clients in Lilburn, Lawrenceville, Stone Mountain, and Tucker, you will be having one of the best in Jan.

Yvonne Gulley:  Pet Sitter

If you are wondering if Yvonne is Nathan’s mom, you would be right.  She is one of the kindest individuals Dione has come across.  She truly loves the animals  she pet sits for.  Yvonne handles all sizes and shapes of pets with the tenderness that only a true pet lover can express.  She is forever rescuing a pet that is lost and finding it a home.  She is able to give pills with ease and she loves to walk.  Dione has had nothing but rave reviews for this lady.  Yvonne also works full time for Gwinnett County Schools, has a daughter and husband besides her son Nathan and has six pets that depend on her.  How does she do it you wonder?  One word: Dedication.  Yvonne enjoys time with her family and is about to test for her Fifth Degree in Martial Arts.  Look for Yvonne in Snellville, Centerville, Loganville and Stone Mountain.

Molly Candler:  Vet. Technician/Pet Sitter

Molly is a bright and rising star in the pet care field.  Molly currently holds a Bachelor of Science and is continuing her education at Gwinnett Technical College in the Veterinarian Technician Program.  She is a Veterinarian Technician at American Heritage Animal Hospital and has done pet sitting for most of her life. She is a very kind, soft spoken woman who has dedicated her life to the improvement of animal health both physical and emotional. Molly is trained in all levels of Animal Care and will continue to master her technique in school and beyond.  She will be located in  Grayson, Lawrenceville, Loganville and Snellville.  Molly enjoys time with her pets, husband and her Church activities.

Nathan Gulley:  Lead Technician

This young man is amazing.  He is actually Dione’s pet sitter.  Nathan is currently a Veterinarian Technician at one of Gwinnett’s largest and most respected Animal Hospitals.  He is skilled in all levels of Vet. Technician Duties.  He is Dione’s right-hand-man and backs her up on all medical, dominate and large breed cases.  Nathan is a First Degree Black Belt and Eagle Scout.  He continues to work with the young men within the Boy Scouts of America.  He is enrolling in the Fall to begin his college education.  Clients know that in Nathan, they are getting one of the brightest and  best.  He will be handling cases throughout Gwinnett County.
